Additionally, GPX Navigator can direct you to all the UK's major airports, main-line railway stations and ferry terminals. With the unique POI (Points of interest) feature, you can ask GPX Navigator to find your nearest airport, main-line railway station or ferry port. You will be told the name of the location (for example Birmingham Airport) and the exact distance, before directional navigation points you towards your destination. GPX Navigator uses its database of fixed safety camera and accident blackspot locations to continually check if you are approaching a danger area. Keeping your GPX Navigator's database up-to-date is easy; simply connect to your PC and update via the internet. The GPX database is updated aproximately 3 times a week and currently has over 6200 camera locations stored. |
